Our Bravehearts trainers will put you through your paces as they step you through boxing combinations and fitness exercises. You will learn a range of boxing skills utilising pads, punching bags, speed balls and other boxing equipment to sweat and grind your way to great physical and mental health.

Strength & Conditioning
Our workouts help target every muscle group you need to build the fitness and endurance you will need to help with your boxing. Our interval training will keep you sweating and moving throughout your workout.

Technical and Sparring
Learn what to do and why! Boxing is an ongoing process of learning and putting into practice what you’ve learnt. Whether you are new to boxing, an amateur or a professional there is always room for improvement.

Personal Training
