MICHAEL GRICE (GRICEY)

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST / COACH / TRAINER/OWNER
Gricey has been competing, coaching and mentoring athletes at the elite and amateur levels for over three decades. He has worked with Rugby Australia as a National Program Manager, owned and operated one of Brisbane largest gyms for 18 years, and is a qualified Exercise Physiologist. He also has an impressive material arts resume as a professional kick boxer (2 x Qld titles), 4th dan black belt in tae kwon do, and over 30 years coaching and competing in boxing. Gricey is available for one on one or group fitness sessions for general fitness, physiology or boxing.

As the head coach/owner of Bravehearts, Gricey shares his love of boxing with everyone that walks through the door. 

MIKAYLA

COACH / TRAINER

Experience boxing coach and personal trainer, Mikayla has been with the club for over 5 years. She has been helping members achieve their fitness goals in our BoxFit classes and through one on one sessions. Mikayla can tailor an exercise program to help you achieve your goals. SHANE

COACH / TRAINER

For over 12 years Shane has developed a wealth of experience from his own training and coaching boxing across Brisbane. Initially taking up boxing at university, he loved the intensity of training and sparring before focusing primarily on coaching. Shane is passionate about the sport of boxing and shares that love with the individuals he trains. He holds a boxing certification from Qld boxing and runs some of our Boxfit and Technical/Sparring classes. 

KAYLEIGH

PILATES INSTRUCTOR

You will find our Kayleigh in the studio every Monday morning taking our matwork pilates classes. If you are interested in find out more about our weekly Pilates class please contact the club.

NILAN

COACH / TRAINER

Nilan has been boxing for over 8 years. Starting with participating in Boxfit classes and getting personal training sessions he now finds himself on the other side of the coin. Nilan is in the studio most mornings either running our Boxfit or Strength and Condition classes. He also takes one on one personal training sessions, so please enquire if you are interested.
