MARK REDMOND

OWNER / COACH / TRAINER

Mark, a former Police Officer, has 14 years experience in Boxing. Having found boxing a tool in beating stress he continued to train and completed his Level 1 Coaches Course with QLD Boxing.

Mark specialises in one on one boxing sessions smashing out 350 rounds of pad work a week he knows what he is doing and can help you achieve your fitness goals. Mark also coaches the Ladies classes, kids classes and occasionally the box fit classes. 

Mark is a strong believer that boxing can improve your mind. He advocates that is one of the best kind of exercise sessions for military, and emergency service workers.

LUKE

COACH

Luke is a dedicated boxer who has been involved in boxing and kickboxing from an early age. You will find Luke amongst the studio morning and night working passionately with our Boxing team. 

KAYLEIGH

PILATES INSTRUCTOR

You will find our Kayleigh in the studio every Monday morning taking our matwork pilates classes. 

JOE

STUDIO MANAGER/COACH ASSISTANT

You will find Joe in the studio every Saturday morning to answer all your enquiries. He also participates in coaching one on one sessions as well as teaching the technical class on Saturdays.

BOXFIT CLASS COACH

Mikayla regularly coaches our boxing fit classes in the morning and night. You’ll find her friendly face dedicated to helping you work hard and achieve results!
