MARK REDMOND

OWNER / COACH / TRAINER

Mark, a former Police Officer, has almost 25 years’ experience in Boxing. He is a firm believer that boxing not only helps the body but also the mind. Mark shares his love of boxing with everyone at the gym and welcomes you to join our little boxing community.

As an experience boxing trainer, Mark specialises in one-on-one boxing sessions, and can help you achieve your fitness goals. Mark is a qualified trainer with a Level 1 Coaches Course with QLD Boxing and will help you achieve your full potential. He is also a huge advocate of boxing as one of the best kinds of exercise for our military, and emergency service workers.

MIKAYLA

COACH / TRAINER

Experience boxing coach and personal trainer, Mikayla has been with the club for over 5 years. She has been helping members achieve their fitness goals in our BoxFit classes and through one on one sessions. Mikayla can tailor an exercise program to help you achieve your goals. PILATES INSTRUCTOR

You will find our Kayleigh in the studio every Monday morning taking our matwork pilates classes. If you are interested in find out more about our weekly Pilates class please contact the club.

JOE

COACH / TRAINER

You will find Joe in the studio every Saturday morning. He also participates in coaching one on one sessions as well as teaching our boxing fitness classes.
